Description
This stained glass black capped chickadee is 11.5 inches wide and 9 inches tall. The background glass is a grey German Antique with subtle striations in the glass. The branch is made with a black granite glass made by Kokomo. The bird itself in a combination of black and white baroque by Spectrum, an amber by Armstong and grey, white and black by Wissmach.
Carolyn loves birds and takes the challenge of reproducing- them in glass seriously. The colors and the textures have to be just right.
The panel is framed in 1/4 inch zinc with incorporated hooks for hanging.
