Description
This stained glass green box is 8 inches long and 2.5 inches tall with a width of 4 inches. It is made with Spectrum dark green wispy glass. The handle of the box is made up of pieces of fused glass. It is hinged and has brass ball feet which are soldered to the lead lines on the bottom of the box.
You don’t often see fused glass together with stained glass, which is just another example of how unique Carolyn’s’ work is.
She refers to this as a “pencil box”, but there are many other possible uses. Boxes make great gifts too.
