Description
This stained glass Napa Valley panel was made after Carolyn visited her son who lives in the San Francisco area. On a trip they took to the wine country she was struck by the rolling hills and contrast of the dry mountains and lush vineyards. The design was not done from any particular photo but from the memory of visiting a winery that had arching walls looking out to the vineyard with some stone bridges on the property.
The panel is 20.5 inches tall and 17.5 inches wide. It is framed in 1/2 zinc with hooks embedded in the frame for hanging.
As always, the panel is signed and dated by engraving in the lower right hand corner
