Description
This brown tree branch panel is made with textured amber brown glass from Spectrum Glass Company. It resembles the bark of a tree and appears to change color intensity depending on the angle you view it from. The background glass is Spectrum clear water glass that distorts and gives privacy.. It is 13 inches in width and 20 inches tall.
It is made with 1/16 inch lead came and framed in 1/4 inch zinc. Hooks are embedded in the frame for hanging.
A small panel such as this can hang in a larger window as a piece of art. It distorts the view but lets in plenty of light.
Trees are one of Carolyn’s favorite subjects to design because she enjoys working with flowing lines, and you will not find a straight line in the branches of this tree.
